苹果公司的员工的确都很出色，但皮克斯的员工更是“好中之好”。那里有专门研究电脑特技的博士，可以做出来3D效果的花草树木，还有世界上技术最好的在电影中放入图像的工程师。不仅如此，和苹果比起来，皮克斯的涉猎范围更大，但关键性的东西更少。皮克斯有450名员工，但如果你去了有2000个员工的公司，也找不到这么出色的团队。
