最近这些年，出现了许多随口吐痰、公众场合乱扔垃圾、闯红灯等不文明行为。

他们这些人都是缺乏个人素质和社会公德的表现，他们认为这些都是无关紧要的小事，但却让他人心生厌恶。这些行为不仅破坏社会秩序，而且对他们自己也是一种伤害。因此，有必要采取一些措施来改善社会风气。

我认为文明教育就是一个很好的方式。毫无疑问受过教育的人都有很高的个人素质。此外政府也要出台一些政策来保证措施的实施。
