Thewideincomegaphasbecomeacommonphenomenonincurrentsociety.Ordinaryworkerscanobtaintentimesorahundredtimeslessincomethanthepeoplewhoworkinsomeprivately-ownedenterprisesorforeigncompanies.

Peopleholddifferentattitudestowardsthisphenomenon.Someofthepeoplefirmlybelievethatthewideincomegapisbeneficialtothedevelopmentofeconomybecausethegapcanalsocausethedrivingforce.Putanotherway,theincomegapcanstimulatepeopletohavethemotivationtonarrowthegap.However,otherpeoplethinkmoreofitsunfavorableeffectthatitmaythreatenthesocialjusticeandmayalsocausethesocialunrest.

Inmyopinion,tosomeextent,theincomegapindeedpromotestheeconomicdevelopmentwhiletoowideanincomegapcancauseaseriesofproblemsaswell.Oneofthetroublesisthatitcanaffectthesocialstability.Hence,weareindeedsupposedtodosomethingtopromotethedevelopmentofsocietyandeconomy.Meanwhile,whatismoreimportantissettingpoliciestopreventtheincomegapfrombeingwider.

收入差距悬殊在当今社会已经不再罕见。普通员工的工资可能比那些在私企或外企工作的人的工资少十倍甚至百倍。

人们对该现象看法不一。一些人坚定地认为收入差距悬殊对经济的发展是有益的，因为差距可以带来动力。换句话说，收入差距可以刺激人们有动力来缩小差距。然而另外的人考虑更多的是它带来的不利影响，可能会威胁到社会公平和社会稳定。

在我看来，收入差距在一定程度上确实可以促进经济的发展，然而差距过于悬殊则可能带来一系列的问题。其中一个问题就是会影响社会稳定。因此，我们在采取措施推动社会经济发展的同时，更重要的是制定政策防止收入差距变得更加悬殊。
