我说些笑话给你听：这一个礼拜每晚上，我都躲懒，穿上中国大褂不穿礼服，一样可以过去。昨晚上文伯说：这是星期六，咱们试试礼服罢。他早一个钟头就动手穿，我直躺着不动，以为要穿就穿，那用着多少时候。但等到动手的时候，第一个难关就碰到了领子；我买的几个硬领尺寸都太小了些，这罪可就受大了，而且是笑话百出。因为你费了多大劲把它放进了一半，一不小心，它又out了！简直弄得手也酸了，胃也快翻了，领子还是扣不进去。没法想，只得还是穿了中国衣服出去。今天赶一个半钟点前就动手，左难右难，哭不是，笑不是的麻烦了足足一个时辰，才把它扣上了。现在已经吃过饭，居然还不闹乱子，还没有out！这文明的麻烦真有些受不了。到美国我真想常穿中国衣，但又只有一件新做的可穿，我上次信要你替我去做，不知行不？
